the process
1. reviewing invoices
We take the time to sit with our clients to discuss and assess their telecom needs. A thorough audit of the previous three months billing is completed, and we look for errors, omissions and opportunities. Then RTC will enhance or modify client phone plans and packages so that they best align with the identified requirements.
2. negotiating with your carrier(s)
We continually investigate and research the telecom market to ensure we can negotiate the best plan and the best price for our clients. We find the best possible solutions that make the biggest impact to our client’s bottom line.
3. implementation
Once we have determined the need for adjustments or modifications, Reliance Telecom Consulting will follow through with the carrier. We will ensure that they implement the new rates and programs properly, and as soon as possible.
4. follow up/education
We believe in providing the guidance and information necessary for our client’s to be able to manage their accounts and billing independently. We are certainly happy to assist as required and conduct monthly monitoring to ensure ongoing savings, yet encourage our clients to be proactive in managing their monthly statements.
